For the last few years, I’ve built a model kit over the Labor Day weekend. In some cases I’ve finished, in some I have not. We’ll see where this kit shakes out.
This year’s victim kit is one I picked because it looks cool, and the manufacturer gave it a hysterical name. The model is of China’s J-10 fighter, an airplane that is roughly analogous to the F-16. Yet for some reason, Trumpeter couldn’t find out its name, and simply labeled it “Chinese New Fighter”. I went for a 72nd scale kit so I could build a jet but not have to deal with the large size.
Build reports say this should be a fun build.
Enough writing- time to build the Chinese New Fighter!
