This is an “update” of sorts to an older video, “Deep Thoughts: So You Want To Do Commission Builds?“
This update covers the two key questions I get most often relating to commission builds, “how should I figure pricing?”, and “are my models good enough?”.
This video is a bit more direct than I usually am, but I feel it is for good reason. True commission builds, meaning a pursuit of income via modeling, is a business. So understanding how that relates to answering those two questions is critical. Hopefully this video will be helpful clarification.
And no, I am still *not* doing commission builds.
